Q: How can I do the payment?

A: Both T/T and western union are workable for us.

Q: Can I have samples before order?

A: There are two kinds of samples we can provide.

One is the bags we had made for your reference. The other one is to make bags according to your requirements.

Q: What is the qty in final production to deliver?

A: The actual finished qty will be around 10% up and down the float, if your order is small qty ,the float percentage will be higher . the actual payment will be based on final qty produced, if u have strict requirements, please inform in advance! After receipt of the goods, please check carefully, keep your documents within 10 days if there are any quality problems, please notify us, we will give you a satisfactory solution!

Q: How about the quality of product ?

A:Our company have certificate of GMP/GMPC/SGS .We also have a team of QC to control and inspect every lots of product is in perfect condition before delivery. Because we fully understand that it will be a great trouble if our products have any problems during selling at over sea.

Q: How about the sample sending?

A: If need to make a new sample, then need to pay the sample fee. The amount is based on different samples. If need our stock sample, then it is Free.
