After the product is packaged and evacuated, it is in good condition when inspected. But after a period of time, there will be air leakage, what is the reason?
Only a vacuum bag of sufficient thickness can bear a reasonable product weight, and the plastic material is malleable, and when some excessively stretched places become thinner, natural breakage will easily occur.
Similarly, when the size is insufficient, the vacuum bag will be overstretched and natural breakage will occur.
If it is pierced by sharp objects during transportation, the vacuum packaging bag will be damaged and leak, and even a little crack will cause the vacuum bag to leak.
If the temperature and time of the sealing are unreasonably adjusted, it may also cause cracks in the sealing of the vacuum packaging bag and lead to air leakage.
If it is left for too long, the product in the packaging tape will deteriorate and generate gas, which will change the shape of the packaging bag and eventually lead to air leakage.
