After coffee beans are roasted, if they are packaged in poor-quality coffee bags, the aroma of the coffee will easily evaporate and be easily affected by odors. Therefore, coffee packaging must avoid the loss of aroma gases from the packaging bag and the absorption of odors from outside the packaging bag.
1. The coffee bag must have certain functions of exhausting and blocking gas.
2. One-way exhaust, anti-swelling bag: After coffee is roasted, carbon dioxide will be released.
3. Block air and prevent oxidation: the oil and aroma components in coffee are easily oxidized when exposed to oxygen.
4. Anti-high temperature: In the case of high temperature, the biochemical reaction and volatilization speed of coffee will be accelerated.
Coffee packaging is generally vacuum or air-filled. Vacuum packaging means that after the coffee is bagged, vacuumed and sealed; inflatable packaging means that other inert gases are filled after the vacuum packaging is sealed. Both of these packaging methods are designed to exclude oxygen and prevent oxidative deterioration of coffee.
And now, with better packaging technology, a one-way vent valve is installed on the coffee bag. This exhaust valve can not only discharge the carbon dioxide gas released by the coffee beans in the bag, but also isolate the air outside the coffee bag from entering the bag. Effectively prevent the coffee bag from bulging, bursting, oxidation and moisture, and ensure that the flavor of the coffee remains unchanged.
