A: Before order, a design fee will be charged, after place the order, the design fee is free.

Q: How about the sample sending?

A: If need to make a new sample, then need to pay the sample fee. The amount is based on different samples. If need our stock sample, then it is Free.

Q: How can I do the payment?

A: Both T/T and western union are workable for us.

Q: What is the time frame taken for custom printed BAGS?

A: For digital printing bags, it will take 7-10 working days. 

For gravure printing bags, our lead time will be 12-15 working days.
